Installation Conditions & Engineering Requirements

Base Requirements
  • Installation Type: Surface-mounted, rapid modular assembly (does not require pouring a complex recessed concrete pit).
  • Surface: Compacted, durable crushed stone base.
  • Thickness: Minimum layer — 300 mm.
  • Load Capacity: Must withstand heavy commercial vehicle traffic (at least 200 kN/m²).
Power Supply
  • Operating Voltage: 415 V, stable 3-phase connection.
  • Connection Type: Plug-and-Play standard quick-connect fittings (excluding the main distribution panel).
  • Generator: For off-grid operation, a generator with a capacity of at least 45–60 kVA is recommended.
Water Consumption & Losses
  • Total Tank Volume: The recirculation system includes a 24,000-liter storage tank.
  • Average Losses: 50–150 liters per vehicle (carry-over on wheels, evaporation).
  • Top-up Requirements: From 2–5 m³ per day under average loads up to 10 m³ per day under high intensity.
Water Recycling Operating Principle & Settling Tank Cleaning
The system operates on a closed-loop cycle: contaminated water from the platform enters the settling tank, where sediment (sludge) settles to the bottom, and clarified water is directed back to the nozzles through a baffle system. Silt accumulation ranges from 0.5–1.5 m³ per week (medium load) up to 3–5 m³ per week (heavy-duty conditions). The settling tank is cleaned using a vacuum tanker (sludge gully emptier) or an excavator. Service frequency: under low loads (<50 vehicles/day) — once every 2–4 weeks; under medium loads — once a week; under high loads (>100 vehicles/day on clay soils) — 2–3 times a week.
